ROSTER UPDATES

  • Updates are done when an admin is available to do them.

  • Updates mainly will not be done during 5pm NZT and 11pm NZT.

  • Updates that are done between these times will remain valid updates.

  • Name changes sent in between 5pm NZT and 11pm NZT will receive a SD until 11pm NZT that day.

 

Roster Update Format

  • All roster updates are to be sent to the Admin Page

  • Must state what ladder you are sending this update in for (BO4, CW) .

  • Must state team name.

  • Updates will be done when an admin is available. 

  • All players can send in a name change for themselves. You do NOT need your leader to do this for you. 

  • Roster updates include the following: 

    • Players joining (in) 

    • Players leaving (left/out) 

    • Players/teams renaming (PSN/clan name change). 

  • When registering a player who has Instagram or Messenger Only, please state when doing so. 

    • PSN/ACT – Name (Instagram/Messenger Only) 

  • Only 1 PSN can be registered per player. 

  • Leaders will need to message the admin page with proof of transfer if your player is (pending transfer) so that the player can be removed off the roster they’re currently on to be placed on yours. (This can eliminate being double rostered.) 

  • If proof is not supplied the player will not be able to play in further cbs until proof. 

Examples;

Black Ops 4

  • Roster updates are sent in as the following format.

    • Team name 

    • Black Ops 4 or BO4

    • PSN - FB (in)

    • PSN - FB (out)

    • PSN - FB (n/c)

Cold War

  • Roster updates are sent in as the following format.

    • Team name 

    • Cold War or CW

    • PSN (ACT#) - FB (in)

    • PSN (ACT#) - FB (out)

    • PSN (ACT#) - FB (n/c)

Standdowns 

Registering a new team

  • All new teams will receive a 72HR grace period.

    • This grace period starts from the time your roster is sent into our admin page 

    • See Roster Update Format rule to see how updates are required to be sent in. 

Roster Update Standdowns

All roster updates are to be sent into our Admin Page  

  • Registering a player not on another roster.;

    • If during the grace period there will be no SD. 

    • If your grace period has ended then all new registered players will receive a 48HR SD. 

  • If registering a player that is on another roster;

    • You will need to supply proof of transfer for the player transferring into your team.

    • They can also message our Admin Page directly to have themselves removed from their previous roster or they can ask their previous leader to remove them from rosters 

    • If during the grace period there will be no SD, unless that player was already on SD for the team they were previously registered too.  

  • PLAYERS TRANSFERRING will receive 48HRS on top of what they had left on their existing SD. 

  • PLAYERS TRANSFERRING SD won't begin until proof of transfer has been sent in. 

  • Playing with a player already on SD – extra 3-day SD added to that players SD. 

  • If caught again another week will be added for each time caught.
